Welcome!

This site exists to highlight my unique freelance Consulting & Trade services (transforming people & spaces), as well as providing a means of connection with future clients or collaborators. 

As a Transformative Consultant, I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, & organizations achieve measurable (quantitative & qualitative) success. I regularly provide professional skills training, including: interpersonal relations, leadership development, creative strategy, complex decision-making, conflict resolution, organizational management, and Systems Thinking &  Practice. My approach is informed by my undergraduate studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences, graduate studies in Anthropology & Social Change, master’s degree in Transformative Leadership, and experiences in Restorative Justice and Ecopsychology. My approach is also informed by my employment experiences in public services, department management, project management, board tenure, non-profit & private enterprises.  

As a poly-trades-person with nearly 20 years work experience, I enjoy unique challenges at the intersections of style and function. I have apprenticed and worked across professional trades, including: metal fabrication, blacksmithing, custom furniture, residential construction, vehicle mechanics, landscaping, art galleries, graphic arts, video production, event production, and stage craft. I bring a strategic, creative, comprehensive, and success-oriented approach to every project I manage and execute. While I do less trades services and more consulting & education services as I get older, I plan to make beautiful spaces and unique furnishings for the rest of my life.

Outside of The Alchemy Workshop's freelance services, I currently teach Organizational Leadership & Business Management at a Washington State College and occasionally work for the city of Seattle. I love all things nature and outdoorsy– especially swimming spots & hot springs. While I do not use social media platforms, I appreciate authentic & direct connections. This site is the ONLY virtual way to keep-up and connect with me.
