Hello & welcome!

I’m eli, a freelance Consultant, Facilitator, and Mentor. I am passionate about helping people achieve magnificent potentials. I enjoy providing individuals and organizations with skills training in: interpersonal relations, leadership development, effective teams, creative strategy, complex decision-making, conflict resolution, restorative processes, and Systems Practice. 

 I bring an adaptive, collaborative, and success-oriented approach to every project. My work is informed by my undergraduate studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences, my graduate studies in Anthropology of Social Change, my master’s degree in Transformative Leadership, and my training in Restorative Justice and Radical Ecopsychology.

You’ll often find me sharing ideas on discussion panels, mentoring emerging leaders, teaching leadership, consulting for mission-driven organizations, and leading equity-focused initiatives. When I’m not working, I am reading, doing creative projects, cultivating community, or on wilderness retreats.
